Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Ivi Mare Hotel in Paphos as the Guest Relations Officer and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.

·         Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay to ensure a memorable experience.

·         Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.

·         Coordinate special arrangements for VIP guests, including personalized services and amenities.

·         Handle special requests (ex: birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, etc.)

·         Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.

·         Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

·         Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and hotel facilities.

Job Requirements:

·         Proven work experience as a Guest Relation officer in a 4* or 5* hotel.  

·         Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or its equivalent professional certification.

·         Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage.

·         Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

·         A passion for delivering an exceptional level of Guest service.

·         Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as per the operational needs of the hotel.

·         EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
