Main Responsibilities:
• Inspects guestrooms, corridors and common areas in workstation daily to ensure. adherence to established cleanliness standards.
• Inspects for needed repairs, reports maintenance problems immediately and follows up to ensure the work has been completed.
• Instructs housekeeping staff in the proper performance of their duties.
• Perform any housekeeping duties necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Reports to the Executive Housekeeper and replaces her, when needed.
Maître D’ Hotel - Mykonos
Main Responsibilities:
• Promote, establish, and maintain a regular customer base and communicate all information to staff.
• Ensure that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all customers by the reception team
• Through effective management and supervision of the team, ensure that the customer’s dining experience is dealt with efficiently providing the customer with prompt, seamless and attentive service.

• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the hotel front office.
• Supervise the operational activities of the hotel front desk within hotel guidelines to provide the highest standard of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels.
• Assign, coordinate, and supervise work activities of Front Desk Agents.
• Ensure work is completed to include, shift closings, room deposits, refunds and rebates.
Bar Manager - Mykonos
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervises and ensures the perfect functioning of the department.
• Guide and advise the staff of the department.
• Applies the procedures of the HACCP system.
• Trains the staff.
